Perico's isn't just a restaurant, it's an experience -- great food prepared and served with flair, and no-holds-barred margaritas. Seriously: waiters outfitted with bandoliers, tableside preparation of banana flambe, cute waitresses, midgets dressed as the Devil (and others selling cigars), conga lines, potent shots of booze, and a live band? Oh yeah, you get dressed up in ridiculous Mexican costumes for an old-time-style photo before you're even seated. This is a can't-miss when visiting downtown Cancun!
